A great resource and very inspiring!Jan 08, 2009 It's hard to say I've finished this because it is one of those books that would take years to complete if you did all the activities. I found that about 2/3 of the activities listed were ones I have done or could or want to actually do. I really have no desire to rock climb or walk on fire :) but kudos to those who do!
I used this book more as resource to check through the things I have already done to see what else I could add to my knowledge. I would like to work through some of the other subjects in the book over time.
For me the most interesting part of the book was the introduction where the author's family wrote about how the author died on the United flight on September 11, 2001. I would have liked to know more about her because of this.

It's just okayOct 23, 2008 This book is really nothing to shout out about. The stickers are nice, but I found the book quite boring and repetitive.
